Together with three local farmers–Danny Jones, Dale Friesen, and Ed Hill—we have a wheat field where Turkey Red Wheat, not typically grown in our area of Ohio, flourishes. Once the wheat is milled, the flour is brought to the DLM Bakehouse where our artisan bakers create this bread.
