Made by our dear friend, Matt Ross. Matt sought to relive one of his earliest food memories — the taste of his mom's homemade cheesecake. He searched near and far for a cheesecake with the same taste, but couldn't find it. Finally, he started baking his own using her recipe and the same KitchenAid mixer that she used years ago. He knew he had to share this cheesecake with others. What makes it so good? The crust, the texture, and the perfectly balanced slightly-sour flavor indicative of a classic NY-style cheesecake.
